Girls Basketball:
Flintridge Prep snapped its two-game losing streak on Monday.
The Wolves actually trailed visiting Mayfield by one point at the break.
But Prep outscored the Cubs by 28 points in the second half and claimed a 55-28 victory.
Ashley Chea’s 28 points equaled Mayfield’s offensive output.
Chea also tallied 15 rebounds, six assists and eight steals.
Gigi Mastras chipped in with six points and seven rebounds.
Chloe Manik led Mayfield with 10 points and Alex Valenzuela contributed six points for the Cubs.
Up next: The Wolves end their regular season with a Thursday showdown with visiting Poly.
The tip is set for 6.
