South Hills defeated Jordan of Utah, 11-4, on Tuesday, in the National Classic Tournament.
The Huskies out-hit the Beetdiggers, 14-8, and had a 9-0 lead after three innings of play.
Luke Bauer was credited with the win after going 3 1/3 innings and allowing two runs on five hits.
Bauer walked two and struck out one.
Cade Nalder walked, singled twice, scored and had an RBI.
Cole Kershaw walked, doubled and scored two runs.
Boston Williams doubled and scored.
Kobe Carter had an RBI double.
Gunnar Russell got roughed up for 10 runs (nine earned) on 12 hits over five innings.
Russell issued one walk and struck out four.
Landon Hansen walked, had three singles, a run and an RBI.
Marcos Rosales went 2-for-3 with a double, two runs and one RBI.
Paul Vazquez singled twice, doubled, scored two runs and had a pair of RBIs.
Bauer singled, tripled, had an RBI and scored twice.
Malakai Pelayo singled, scored and had one RBI.
Matt Moreno singled and scored.
Frank Morales doubled and had two RBIs.
Matt Manzo doubled, scored and drove in a pair of runs.
