Baseball: Los Osos didn’t forget who knocked them out of the Baseline League penthouse in 2024. The Grizzlies lost games two and three of their series with Chino Hills last season in the final week of the regular season. And it cost them a Baseline League title. In 2025, LOHS opened with those same Huskies. […]
Baseball: Damien secured a Baseline League opening series victory over Etiwanda, 2-1. After both the Spartans and Eagles held serve at home, they met up Saturday at LoanMart Field in Rancho Cucamonga. DHS led 5-0 after three innings, and they cruised to a 5-2 victory. College Baseball: Chaffey put on a remarkable offensive display on Saturday. The Panthers secured a 31-3 IEAC victory at Victor Valley. They out-hit the Rams, 27-7, and that includes an 11-3 advantage in extra-base hits. Chaffey scored at least one run in all nine innings. And they plated four or more runs in five of […]

However, the Mustangs picked up the two-game sweep thanks to scores of 2-1 back on March 10th, and 5-0, […]

Baseball: Marshall Fundamental made quick work of winless El Monte. The Eagles claimed a 12-0, five-inning mercy-rule victory over the Lions. Surprisingly, for a team that got mercy ruled, El Monte narrowly out-hit Marshall, 5-4, including a 2-1 edge in extra-base hits. George Jennings went three innings to earn the win, and he scattered four […]
Baseball: San Dimas finds itself in rare terrain. The Saints have earned so much success in recent memory that anything less than utter dominance seems unusual from the boys in blue. SDHS entered their first season in the Hacienda League having gone 59-3 in Valle Vista League play over the previous seven years. That included […]
