College Baseball:
Two days ago, PCC needed 14 innings to dispatch of Rio Hondo College.
On Thursday, the Lancers scored in six of their eight innings and cruised to a 14-2 victory over the visiting Roadrunners.
Camren Lobo went six innings and allowed two runs on seven hits to earn the win.
Lobo issued a pair of walks and registered three strikeouts.
Alex Myers provided three scoreless innings in relief and scattered four hits.
Myers walked one and fanned three Rio Hondo batters.
Elias Mota and Jackson Russo both went 2-for-4 and they had RBI singles in the top of the fourth inning.
Joshua Oh and Danyal Jenkins had two hits apiece.
Mario Morton drew a pair of walks, singled and scored.
Andrew Ruvalcaba walked and scored.
LJ Vasquez doubled.
Marcus Mayweather got the loss after surrendering six runs on seven hits over three innings.
Mayweather walked three and fanned a pair of Lancers.
Luke Bauer went 3-for-3 with a walk, two runs, an RBI double and a two-run double.
Gabe Martinez singled twice and scored.
Joey Ramos had a two-run double.
Isaac Ton went 3-for-4 with three RBIs.
Joaquin Salcedo had an RBI double, drove in another on a sac fly and scored two runs.
Chris Torres went 2-for-4 with a walk, two runs and an RBI.
Omar Cisneros walked, singled and scored three times.
Xiovany Ochoa went 2-for-4 with an RBI.
Logan Parker drew three walks, singled, scored four times and drove in one.
Up next: The Lancers travel to Rio Hondo on Saturday in the hopes of securing the three-game sweep.
