Bonita had to wait a week after a season-opening sweep at the hands of their rival from San Dimas.
And the Bearcats rebounded well in a four-set victory over their visitors from Don Lugo.
Bonita claimed victory by scores of 25-13, 27-29, 25-18 and 25-10.
Makayla Benavides led the way with 13 kills, four aces and eight digs.
Sara Yeats contributed nine kills, three aces and two blocks.
Up next: The Bearcats host Los Osos on Thursday at 4:30.
