Quotable:
Bonita coach, Eli Cuenca: “We were in same position last season. Glendora and this league is competitive and we keep looking forward in each play. We did well to bounce back from a first set loss. We had a lineup change that we felt matched up well with Glendora and it took us a while to settle into it. Ally Rohrer did great in stopping Glendora’s top attacker and Stephanie Groswirt was excellent in executing our attack. Megan Hester was also key in extending plays, while our bench players like Payton Baumunk put positive points on board in key match moments.”
Records: GHS (18-4, 3-1); BHS (14-1, 4-0)
