Volleyball:
La Salle isn’t off to a great start to the 2025 season.
However, where it matters most, the Lancers are 2-0.
Two days after a Camino Real League opening four-set victory over Pomona Catholic, La Salle outlasted their hosts from Paraclete in five games.
The Lancers won by scores of 23-25, 25-13, 19-25, 25-20 and 15-8.
Stella Tekippe led the way with 14 kills.
Cami Beltre contributed nine kills, three aces and 19 digs.
Havanna Pajan chipped in with 18 digs.
And Jadelyn Sherman provided 18 assists to go with seven kills.
Up next: The Lancers will host Cleveland on Monday night at 6.
