Quotable:

Marshall Fundamental coach, Jeffrey Thai: “We knew going into this match that South El Monte would pose a threat for us. We played a near flawless second set, but gave it back in the third. All the players really earned this victory today. They definitely could not have pulled through without our amazing bench. Our bench was loud and energetic throughout the match, and that really makes a difference for their teammates on the court.”
