Quotable:

Marshall Fundamental coach, Jeffrey Thai: “Today’s match was all about energy and defense. I am very happy with a team total of only five digging errors. Jaenna really stepped up on the defensive end today after a bad outing on Tuesday. Our offense was quite aggressive with a total of 26 kills as our setter, Lauren Sandoval, continues to move the ball well. Every time Arroyo tried to make a push, our defense was able to hold them off. We know Gabrielino sets a very high bar and had only lost one match in the past nine seasons, but we are extremely excited to welcome them to our house on Friday. and see how we stack up against the Goliath of our league.”

Records: Arroyo (2-4, 0-1); Marshall Fundamental (10-4, 2-0)
