Girls Volleyball:
To say it’s been a rough start to the 2022 season for La Salle would be quite an understatement.
The Lancers lost their 10th consecutive match after getting swept Tuesday at Marlborough.
To be fair, Shari Iwatani’s team has done nothing but win, but even the best of programs has to reboot after their elite talent graduates and moves on to college.
Marlborough won by scores of 25-13, 25-21 and 25-15.
Avery Ward had a team-high six kills for the Lancers.
Jadelyn Sherman led LSHS with four assists.
Up next: La Salle will travel to La Canada on Thursday night.
The Spartans (6-2) swept FSHA on Tuesday.
