Quotable:

Marshall Fundamental coach, Jeffrey Thai: “We had not played well against Mtn View in the past couple of years, so we wanted to put out a good performance. During our pregame meeting, we reminded ourselves how much work we had put in for the past four months and this was the game for us to show it. Our setter, Lauren Sandoval, is becoming a magnificent and smart leader, who runs the offense, and our attack is very balanced. We are looking forward to our next league match against Arroyo as they have always posed a problem for us.”

Records: Mountain View (0-6, 0-1); Marshall Fundamental (9-3, 1-0)
