Rio Hondo Prep secured at least a share of the Prep League championship on Tuesday.

Tatiana Foor went the distance in RHP’s 4-2 victory over visiting Providence.

The Kares now hold a two-game lead over the Pioneers with two games to play.

RHP swept the Pioneers, so there are no circumstances in which they would not be the Prep League’s No. 1 seed in the CIF-SS playoffs.

Foor allowed two unearned runs on three hits.

She walked a pair and fanned eight Providence batters.

Breanna Pelaez singled and scored in the loss.

Lucia Mosquera went all six innings for the Pioneers.

Mosquera allowed four runs on seven hits.

She walked two and fanned four RHP batters.

Grace Pollock singled twice and scored.

Raegan Johnson doubled and drove in a pair of runs.

Madison Metz walked, singled and scored.

Elle Curtis walked and scored.

Avery Pollock singled and scored.

Emma Carson singled twice in the Kares victory.
