Loyola completed a three-game Mission League sweep of St. Francis.
The Cubs edged the Golden Knights, 7-6, on Friday.
Liam Thatcher was saddled with the loss after allowing three runs on two hits and a walk over 2/3 of an inning.
The Cubs got one unearned run off Kibru Pam, two from Tyler Braun and one off Joe Krasnowski.
Jackson Shea walked, hit a two-run shot, scored twice and drove three runs.
Luca DiPaolo walked, singled twice, tripled and scored.
Tino Valdez doubled, scored and had two RBIs.
Carson Chavez and Donnie Morgan walked and scored one run each.
Adam Magpoc walked, singled, scored and had an RBI.
Henry Boylston got the win after 1 2/3 scoreless and hitless innings.
He didn’t issue a walk and struck out two.
Ryan Times secured the save after a scoreless seventh inning and striking out two.
Quinn Deitch singled, doubled and scored a pair of runs.
Holden Deitch singled twice, doubled, drove in a pair of runs and scored.
Jordan Lewallen went 3-for-4 with a run and RBI.
Brody Ruyle had an RBI double.
John Calmette singled and scored and Miles Leyva singled and had one RBI.
Up next: The Golden Knights travel to Notre Dame on Tuesday and the Cubs head to Crespi.
