Ayala improved to 2-1 in Palomares League games after Thursday’s 6-2 victory at Claremont.
Aidan Ross went the distance for the Wolfpack.
Ross allowed six runs (two earned) on five hits.
He walked two and struck out six Bulldogs’ batters.
Marcus Galvan singled, scored twice, hit a two-run HR and finished with three RBIs.
Ty Borgogno walked, singled and scored twice.
Vinny Hudson singled, scored and drove in two runs.
Bryan Yang earned the win, after going four innings and allowing two runs on two hits.
He walked four and struck out two CHS batters.
Randy Limon closed out the victory with three scoreles innings of relief.
Limon allowed one hit, didn’t walk anyone and struck out four.
Thomas Plotkin doubled and drove in a run.
Kenny Wang singled and scored, and Kody Johnson walked and scored.
Up next: Ayala will take on El Dorado on Saturday morning.
Claremont travels to Alta Loma on Tuesday.
