Arcadia remains unbeaten in 2022.

The Apaches won their ninth consecutive game by defeating Muir, 3-1, in Tuesday’s Pacific League contest.

Ian Hoffstetter went 6 2/3 innings, allowing just one run on five hits.

Hoffstetter walked three and struck out seven Mustangs’ batters.

Gabriel Lopez closed out the win with a strikeout to earn the save.

Makhi Clark had two of Muir’s five hits.

Vincent Bugarin walked twice and scored the Mustangs lone run.

Owen Grice singled and had one RBI.

Clark also went four innings on the mound and allowed one run on five hits.

He walked four and struck out five Arcadia batters.

Jesse Staub got the loss after allowing a pair of unearned runs on one hit and two walks.

Julian Gutierrez singled twice and had one RBI on a sac fly.

Lance Wong went 2-for-2, and scored.

Hoffstetter helped his own cause with an RBI single.

Zach Huerta and Daniel Chavez scored one run each for the Apaches.
