Softball:
Glendora got its fifth win in six tries on Thursday night.
The Tartans shut out Chino, 7-0, at Greenbelt Park in Upland.
Ashley Hibbard went four scoreless innings, allowing two hits and striking out seven.
Haley Ganino shut Chino down over the final three innings, and surrendered just one hit.
Bridget Nemeth hit a 3-run home run.
Hibbard helped her own cause, going 2-for-2 at the plate, with a single, double, walk, run scored and a pair of RBIs.
Mackenzie Mackie, Makenna Coleman and Allison Winovitch each had hits.
Up next: GHS will travel to South Hills on Tuesday.
