La Salle Gets Balanced Offensive Attack in Wednesday’s 61-52 Victory Over Twentynine Palms in the CIF-SS Division 3AA Playoffs

Girls Basketball:

La Salle won its 16th consecutive game on Wednesday night.

But it didn’t come easy.

The Lancers defeat visiting Twentynine Palms, 61-52, in the second round of the CIF-SS Division 3AA playoffs.

The Wildcats got a monster effort from Kate Bobadilla, who scored a game-high 32 points.

Bobadilla scored 15 of Twentynine Palms’ 17 fourth-quarter points.

Ryan Riddle and Kaden Cortes scored 14 points apiece to pace the La Salle offense.

Audrey Chen and her elder sister, Ellie, chipped in 13 points each.

Up next: The Lancers will travel to Calabasas on Saturday in a quarterfinal round game.

The Coyotes (22-6) picked up a 56-54 victory at Cypress.
