Boys Basketball:
La Salle’s season came to an end on Friday night.
The Lancers fell, 66-55, at Santa Monica in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 2A playoffs.
The Vikings used a nine-point, fourth-quarter advantage to pull away.
Derek Peterson and Isaiah May hit three 3-pointers apiece in the loss.
Peterson finished with 21 points and May had 13.
Jason Patterson chipped in with 12 points for the Lancers.
AJ Economou led all scorers with 23 points, including five 3-pointers.
