Boys Soccer:
Trailing 1-0 in the first half of Tuesday’s Olympic League showdown at Whittier Christian, Whit Wilder scored in the 22nd minute to get Maranatha even.
Forty-seven minutes later, Wilder’s second goal of the game, which came off a free kick, led the Minutemen to a 2-1 victory.
With three league games to go, MHS has the opportunity to catch second-place Village Christian.
Isaiah Crowell had a pair of saves in goal for the Minutemen.
