Flintridge Prep Earns Keppel Tournament Title Game Appearance Saturday After Victories Over LA Marhsall & Garfield

Girls Basketball:

After a 1-3 start to the 2021-22 season, Flintridge Prep has now won three consecutive games.

On Tuesday, the Wolves defeated LA Marshall, 53-46, in the Keppel Tournament.

Ashley Chea led the way with 27 points, 10 rebounds and four steals.

Maddi Huie contributed eight points and Riley Hause added six points.

On Wednesday, the Wolves got over the .500 mark with a 64-44 triumph of Garfield.

Chea made some history with her 41 points.

The Wolves junior set a single-game record with the 41 points and her nine 3-pointers tied the school record for most in one game.

Chea also grabbed 15 rebounds.

Maddi Chiu contributed 13 points and four steals.

Maddi Huie finished with six points in the win.

Up next: The Wolves will play for the tournament championship on Saturday with an opponent to be determined.
