Thanks to Maranatha for this report

It was the final regular season home match in the careers of seniors, Amanda Yee and Riley McCoy, and the Lady Minutemen made sure they honored their seniors with a victory.

With today’s win, the No. 8 ranked team in CIF-SS Division 5 officially qualified for the CIF-SS playoffs.

Yee, along with partner, Kasey McCoy, helped the cause by sweeping their opponents, 6-2, 6-4, 6-2, with Riley McCoy/Stella Chen (1-6, 1-6, 6-0) and Esmee Eaton/Helena Chen (0-6, 1-6, 6-3) each winning a set.

The singles corps were completely dominant today, each sweeping.

As has been the case all season, they were led by Stella Hsieh, who recorded her 6th triple bagel (6-0, 6-0, 6-0) in the 14 matches the team has played.

Audrey Loh recorded her 5th sweep of the season, (6-3, 6-0, 6-0) while Violet Salvo recorded her first (6-2, 6-0, 6-0).

Maranatha moves to 8-6 and 5-3 league, heading into their final match at Valley Christian on Thursday.
