Julian Eskridge Goes Five Scoreless Innings & Homers in Arcadia’s 13-2 Pacific League Victory at Pasadena

Arcadia’s Julian Eskridge played a huge role in the Apaches 13-2 victory at Pasadena.

Eskridge went five scoreless innings  on Friday and allowed just one hit, didn’t walk a batter and struck out three.

Jackson Stuart hit a solo shot for PHS and Xander Inguanzo doubled and scored.

Desi Lopez got the loss after allowing six runs on eight hits over his five innings of work.

He walked four and struck out three Arcadia batters.

Julian Eskridge also did his part at the plate.

He walked twice, homered, scored three runs and drove in two.

Mikey Easter walked, had three singles, scored four times and drove in one run.

Brandon Nguyen went 2-for-4 and scored once.

Hunter Victorio homered, scored two runs and had three RBIs.

Matthew McIntire had a two-run double.

Lance Wong singled in a run on Friday.

Jack Esguerra went 2-for-3 and drove in a pair of runs

Jaden Lui singled and scored and Zach Huerta had an RBI single.

Daniel Chavez singled, scored and had an RBI.

Up next: Arcadia travel to Village Christian this morning (Saturday) at 10 a.m.

The Apaches will then begin a two-game Pacific League series with Burbank on Tuesday.

PHS travels to Hoover on Tuesday.
