St. John Bosco Pitching Holds Arcadia to 3 Hits in Wednesday’s 8-2 Victory Over the Apaches

Three St. John Bosco pitchers combined to hold the Arcadia bats to just three hits and one earned run on Wednesday.

The Braves handed the Apaches their second loss of the season thanks to an 8-2 victory.

Dylan Lina picked up the win after five innings of work.

Lina allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits.

He walked two and struck out five.

Mikey Easter walked twice and doubled for the Apaches.

Jack Esguerra singled and scored and Ari Nurhadi singled to account for the third of three Arcadia hits on Wednesday.

Gabriel Lopez was stuck with the loss.

Lopez allowed five runs on five hits over his three innings on the mound.

He walked three and struck out three Braves’ batters.

SJB got three more runs off Daniel Chavez on five hits.

Niko Riera walked, singled, doubled, tripled, scored once and drove in a run.

Dylan Taguiam walked, singled, doubled, scored twice and had an RBI.

Aaron Reyes singled scored and drove in two runs and Aeden Alexander singled, doubled, drove in a pair of runs and scored once in the win.
