Boys Hoops:
Bonita secured Palomares League victory No. 1 of the 2025-26 season.
The Bearcats cruised to a 66-50 victory over their visitors from Claremont.
BHS led 34-25 at the half, and they finished off the win with a 16-9 run in the fourth period.
Beau Rudometkin scored a game-high 19 points.
James Kim hit four 3-pointers, and he finished with 14 points.
Jakson Clement chipped in with 14 points of his own, including a pair of 3’s.
Brayden Henderson and Carson Zylstra contributed seven points apiece in the win.
Nolan Zitar led the Wolfpack with 15 points.
Wani Limbe (10) and Elijah Jenkins (9) combined for 19 points in the loss.
