Boys Hoops:
La Salle opened the new year with a victory in their Santa Fe League opener.
The Lancers defeated their visitors from St. Genevieve, 57-51, to improve to 7-7 in 2025-26.
Kristupas Miselis led the way with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Enzo Trejo chipped in with 11 points and a pair of assists.
Cody Divens contributed eight points and three boards.
Cane Ortiz finished with seven points and five rebounds.
And Diego Bernal provided six points and five rebounds.
Up next: The Lancers will host Cantwell Sacred Heart on Monday at 7.
