Baseball:
Arcadia won its fourth game in five tries thanks to a solid outing on the mound from Casey Spencer and some timely hitting in the fourth inning.
The Apaches wore down Cypress for a 7-2 victory on Monday night.
Spencer went the first five innings and allowed just one run on two hits.
He walked a pair and struck out eight Centurions’ batters.
Spencer was able to weave his way out of a couple of potential jams early and then he cruised and got stronger as the game went on.

He allowed one run on one hit, walking two and striking out four batters.
Davis Hildebrandt went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs for the Centurions.

Mikey Easter was pegged twice, singled and scored.
Matthew McIntire singled and scored and Harrison Meyers walked twice and scored a pair of runs.
