Maranatha won its third consecutive game on Friday.
The Minutemen had three pitchers (Patrick DeMarco, Jackson Hisey & Davis Cornwell) combine on a two-hit shutout.
Maranatha claimed a 12-0, five-inning, mercy-rule victory.
DeMarco went the first two innings, allowing one run and striking out two.
Hisey went the third and fourth innings and he too surrendered one hit and fanned a pair of Buena Park batters.
Davis Cornwell closed out the night in style by striking out the side.
The Maranatha bats lit up Anthony Pavon.
Pavon went the first 3 1/3 innings, allowing 12 runs on nine hits and he walked six batters.
Adrian Lopez walked, doubled, scored and had an RBI.
