South Hills made short work of Colony on Friday afternoon.
The Huskies secured win No. 5 of the season thanks to an 11-1 victory over the Titans in 4 1/2 innings.
Three SHHS pitchers combined on a 1-hitter, and the lone CHS run was unearned.
Elias Reyes went four innings, and he was charged with an unearned run on one hit.
Reyes walked two and fanned four Colony batters.
Justin Romero and Joshua Andrade combined to get the final three outs.
Jeremy Guadian had one single and the Titans’ lone RBI.
Carlos Barba walked and scored.
Steven Gonzales was charged with four runs (two earned) on three hits over three innings.
Gonzales walked two and fanned a pair of Huskies.
Aidan Castro didn’t record an out, and he was pulled after surrendering five runs on two hits and three walks.
Diego Villarreal went 3-for-3 including a double, three runs and an RBI.
Gabriel Guerrero walked and scored a pair of runs.
Ayden Vieth drew a pair of walks, singled, scored two runs and drove in one.
Paxton Czubek walked, singled, scored and drove in a pair of runs, including one on a sac fly.
Carson Baker walked, had a sac fly, and finished with two RBIs.
Nicolas Munoz went 1-for-1 with a walk, single, run and one RBI.
Noah Sibrian scored once.
Zack Escalera was hit by pitch with the bases loaded.
