College Baseball:
To fully illustrate PCC’s beatdown of LA Harbor on Thursday, the Lancers had more extra-base hits (10) than the Seahawks had hits (9).
Pasadena City College improved to 4-1 in South Coast Conference play with a 20-3 victory over Los Angeles Harbor.
In the first two games of their three-game series, PCC has outscored LAH by a combined margin of 42-6.
Ronnie Ogusuku got the loss after surrendering nine runs (five earned) on nine hits over five innings.
The Lancers hit four home run and six doubles, and Joaquin Salcedo had one of each.
Salcedo went 3-for-4 with two runs and six RBIs.
Bryan Richman walked, doubled, scored twice and drove in a pair of runs.
Devon Eskridge singled, scored twice and hit a 2-run HR.
Tyler Garcia went 3-for-4 with a walk, solo HR and he scored four times.
Rocco Regan hit a solo shot and drove in a pair of runs.
Isaac Ton singled twice, double, scored a pair of runs and drove in one.
Devin Munoz had an RBI double and scored two times.
Adrian Roman went 2-for-4 with a two-run double and he scored twice.
Jacob Escamilla doubled and scored.
Troy Estrada and Omar Cisneros singled and scored one run apiece.
Aiden Nunez was credited with the win after going four innings and allowing an unearned run on six hits.
Nunez didn’t issue a walk and struck out one LAH batter.
KJ Romero walked, singled twice and scored.
DJ Garcia had an RBI single and scored.
Christian Hernandez singled twice and walked.
Ivan Jasso drove in a run on a sac fly.
