SDHS secured a 3-0 victory at La Salle in the Pizza Chalet Tournament.
Josh Calcanas went 4 2/3 scoreless innings, allowing two hits, walking three and striking out a pair of La Salle batters.
Eleazar Santillan earned the save after 2 1/3 scoreless innings in relief.
Santillan allowed three hits, didn’t issue a walk and struck out one.
Andrew Klein collected two of the Lancers five hits.
Aidan Gray, Frane Flores and Travis Ochoa had one single apiece.
Morgan Sullivan got the loss after surrendering three runs on six hits over 5 2/3 innings.
Sullivan walked two and struck out a pair of SDHS batters.
Vaughn Coleman walked, singled and scored.
Ashton Romero singled and scored.
Aaden Escarcega singled in a run.
Luc Redfox tripled in a run.
Jayden Medina’s RBI single gave the Saints a 2-0 lead.
