Diego Vazquez Hits 3-Run HR & Drives in Four in Bonita’s 10-3 Victory Over Alta Loma; Bearcats Take Sole Possession of First Place in Palomares League

Bonita took over sole possession of first place in the Palomares League.

The Bearcats cruised to a 10-3 victory over Alta Loma in the first of three this week with the Braves.

BHS scored once in the bottom of the first, five times in the second, and the Bearcats capped their scoring with four third-inning runs to take a 10-0 lead.

Camden Farina went four innings and allowed two unearned runs on one hit to earn the win.

Farina walked two and fanned three ALHS batters.

Jack Rudometkin provided three innings in relief, and he surrendered an unearned run on one hit.

Rudometkin issued one walk and struck out four.

Adrian Morales singled and drove in a run.

Alexander Erickson walked, singled and had an RBI.

Evan Salcido and Anthony Castaneda walked and scored one run apiece.

Riley Wallace was hit by pitch and scored.

Nathaniel Pimentel was roughed up for nine runs (seven earned) on nine hits over two innings.

Pimentel walked two and fanned three BHS batters.

Jared Brunk went 4-for-4, including a double and two runs.

Diego Vazquez singled, walked with the bases loaded, hit a 3-run HR, drove in four, and the BHS senior scored two runs.

Diego Villa walked, singled twice and scored.

Andrew Alva went 3-for-4, with a run and three RBIs.

Austin Owens walked, singled and scored a pair of runs.

Spencer Savage walked, singled and scored, and Colton Perez singled and scored.

Andrew Sanchez walked and had an RBI single.
