Michael Liquori Throws Six-Hit Shutout in San Marino’s 4-0 Rio Hondo League Victory Over South Pasadena

San Marino picked up the Rio Hondo League series victory (2-1) of South Pasadena on Monday.

Michael Liquori threw a six-hit shutout in the Titans’ 4-0 victory.

He didn’t issue a walk and struck out one.

Devin Robinson had half of the Tigers’ six hits.

Nolan Adams got the loss after allowing four runs (three earned) on nine hits over his five innings.

Adams issued two walks and struck out three San Marino batters.

Coleman Morning went 3-for-3, with a double, run and RBI.

Ryan Park walked and singled.

Sid Danenhauer went 3-for-4 and drove in half of San Marino’s four runs.

Mikey Yessaian singled and scored.

The Titans got outstanding defensive plays from Sebastian Liquori (gunned a base stealer), Tyler Giddings (outfield assist), Danenhauer (DP), JJ Wilson Ryan Park and Morning.

Up next: Weather permitting, the Titans travel to Downey on Wednesday afternoon at 3:15.
