Flintridge Prep closed out the 2022 regular season on Wednesday with a 4-0 victory at Providence.

Max Brunngraber and Josh Beserra combined on a four-hit shutout.

Brunngraber allowed three hits over four innings.

He walked one and fanned five.

Beserra surrendered just a single, walked one and struck out four Pioneers batters.

Adrian Contreras had two of Providence’s four hits.

Connor Cafferty and Saxon Bilodeaux had one hit apiece in the loss.

Ian Didzsun got the loss, allowing two runs on four hits.

Didzsun went five innings, walked three and struck out four Flintridge Prep batters.

JR Kully went 2-for-4, with two RBIs.

Dominick Schraeder walked, singled and drove in a run.

Nick Gonzalez singled and scored twice.

Beserra walked and doubled.

Evan Yoon and Diego Ynzunza singled and scored one run apiece.

Graham DesHotel singled and had one RBI.

Up next: The Prep League champions will find out on Monday who they face in the first round of the CIF-SS playoffs.
