Softball:
Tatiana Foor did it again.
The RHP junior put the Kares on her back and defeated Bloomington, 2-1, in the second round of the CIF-SS Division 6 playoffs.
Foor went the distance, allowing one unearned run on four hits.
She walked one and struck out 13.
And consider the fact that her offense was able to muster just two hits, so there was little to no room for error.
Elle Curtis singled and drove in one run.
Grace Pollock and Kaitlynn Key both walked and scored one run apiece.
Foor had the other RHP base hit.
Up next: RHP will make a 163-mile trip to Lompoc (15-5) on Tuesday.
The first pitch is set for 3:15 and a spot in the D-6 semifinals are at stake.
