There wasn’t any drama on Monday.
Charter Oak was going to thump winless Diamond Ranch and they did their jobs.
Zack Bauer went three scoreless innings and allowed one hit while striking out three in a 10-0, five-inning victory over the Panthers.
Isaiah Alvarez closed out the win with two scoreless innings of his own.
Erick Rodriguez got the loss after surrendering eight runs on nine hits over his four innings of work.
He walked two and struck out four COHS batters.
Chris Ceballos doubled, tripled, scored twice and drove in a pair of runs.
Nathan Arevelos and Jacob Chavez singled and scored.
Gabriel Rico walked twice, singled, drove in a run and scored three times.
Aaron Osorio singled, doubled and had two RBIs.
Evan Avitia went 3-for-4, with a double, and three RBIs.
Zack Bauer doubled, scored and had an RBI.
Ethan Milleson singled, scored and drove in a run.
