Ayala became part of the 20-win club after its 12-8 victory at Yucaipa on Saturday.
It’s the Bulldogs 16th consecutive win.
Wyatt Doty got the loss for the Roadrunners.
Doty went four innings and allowed 11 runs (eight earned) on nine hits.
He walked three and struck out four Bulldogs’ batters.
Jacob Badawi walked twice, doubled, scored three runs and had an RBI.
Ty Borgogno went 3-for-4, including a double and two RBIs.
Cole Koniarsky walked, singled, scored and had an RBI.
Andreas Pasillas walked, doubled, drove in a run and scored.
Troy McCain and Marcus Galvan singled and scored.
Bryan Yang walked, scored and had an RBI.
Ryan Moreno went 2-for-5, scored twice and had two RBIs.
Damien Delgadillo singled, scored twice and drove in a pair of runs.
Thomas Cerecedes went three innings and allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits.
AJ Juarez surrendered two runs (one earned) on three hits over his three innings of work.
Juarez didn’t walk anyone and struck out three.
Jeremy Byers closed out the win, going a scoreless seventh inning and striking out one Roadrunners’ batter.
Wes Hickey bit the Bulldogs for two doubles, an RBI and run scored.
Luke Scherrer went 2-for-3, with a home run and three RBIs.
Tyler Blum singled, doubled and scored.
Aiden Richert had a two-run double for Yucaipa.
Up next: The Bulldogs travel to second-place Bonita on Wednesday and host the Bearcats on Friday to close out the regular season.
