Matt Romero went five innings Wednesday and allowed just one run on one hit.
San Dimas cruised to a 9-1 victory at Covina and improved to 3-1 in Valle Vista League games.
Romero didn’t walk anyone and struck out six.
Alex Ramos went two scoreless innings in relief, and gave up two hits, walked one and struck out four.
Landon White walked, singled, doubled twice, scored two runs and had two RBIs.
Kasen Khansarinia singled, doubled, scored twice and drove in a run.
Matt Rice collected two singles, scored and drove in a pair of runs.
Paul Vasquez singled twice and scored.
Up next: San Dimas will host Covina on Friday.
