Charter Oak fell to 0-2 after Thursday’s 3-1 loss at Ganesha.
Jacob Delgado went five innings, and he allowed one run on five hits to earn the win.
Delgado walked two and fanned five COHS batters.
Mark Steven Perez singled and scored.
Jorge Aceves and Vincent Carrillo walked and had one single apiece.
Diego Ramirez, Michael Zubia and Daniel Barnhouse singled to account for the rest of the Chargers offense.
Christian Lopez got the loss after allowing three runs on six hits over 4 1/3 innings.
Lopez walked one and struck out one GHS batter.
Tommy Giandomenico went 3-for-3 with a solo HR and an RBI single.
Evan Longoria walked, singled and scored.
Bryce McAninch singled and scored.
And Isaiah Ibarra singled once for the Giants.
