JJ Nolan Goes Six Innings & Strikes Out Six in Glendora’s 7-2 Victory Over Colony; Tartans Remain in First-Place Tie w/Bonita

Baseball:

Glendora won its sixth consecutive game on Tuesday.

JJ Nolan went six innings in a 7-2 victory over Colony.

Nolan allowed two runs on four hits.

He walked two and struck out six.

Evan Ellis closed out the win with a scoreless and hitless seventh inning.

Domenic Gonzalez singled and scored for Colony.

Connor Rangel walked and had two singles.

Josh Kelly singled and drove in a run.

GHS got three runs on three hits and a walk off of Johnny Barrientos, and four runs from Alejandro Gomez on five hits and three walks.

Braydon Wooldridge singled three times, scored and drove in three.

Matt Moreno walked, doubled and scored a pair of runs.

Joseph Gilkeson went 2-for-4, with an RBI and run scored.

Brady Baeza scored and had an RBI.

Brandon Kiesendahl walked, scored and had an RBI for the Tartans.
