The Saints defeated visiting Warren, 3-2, in Saturday’s second round of the CIF-SS Division 2 playoffs.
SDHS has won three straight and seven of their last eight games.
Jordan Hill went the distance to earn the win.
Hill allowed two runs on seven hits.
She walked one and struck out four Warren batters.
Dyoni Garcia singled twice and drove in a run.
Lagi Quiroga singled and scored.
Lauren Narvaez was stuck with the loss.
Narvaez surrendered three runs on four hits over her six innings of work.
She walked six and struck out nine SDHS batters.
Abbie Ambriz hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning.
Alexis Garcia walked, singled twice and scored.
Kelsey Barrett had the other RBI for the Saints.
Up next: San Dimas will face the winner of Saturday’s Glendora-Upland game this coming Tuesday.
