Sterling Patick lived up to his first name on Thursday.
He threw a three-hit shutout to lead South Hills to a 2-0 victory over the Trinity League’s St. John Bosco.
Aaron Reyes singled twice and Jace Paderez had one base hit to account for the Braves offense.
Patick walked one and struck out four SJB batters.
SJB’s Julian Orozco got the loss after allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits over his five-inning outing.
Marcos Rosales had an RBI base hit for the Huskies.
Jeremiah Sibrian had an RBI single and Gilbert Morales singled and scored.
