Bonita coach Mike Mann, his staff and their players are finishing the 2025 regular season in a manner that every program aims to.
After Wednesday’s 26-0 nonleague victory over their visitors from Chino Hills, the Bearcats have won five consecutive games and 10 of their last 11.
Tressa Beatty completed 11-of-20 for 117 yards.
Beatty tossed three TDs and no picks.
Kendra Anderson also got some time at quarterback.
The Bearcats junior went 8-of-12 for 83 yards, including one TD pass.
Anderson did not turn the ball over.
Beatty and Anderson had at least one completion to 12 separate receivers.
Kody McKinney caught four passes for 27 yards and one score.
Madi Arzate totaled 59 receiving yards on three catches and one TD.
Brooklyn Amaya reeled in a pair of passes for 26 yards, including one score.
Susana Ruelas caught two passes for 17 yards and one TD.
Peyton Mann (1-for-2), Jenna Campbell (1-for-13), Beatty (1-for-17), Marley Flores (1-for-5), Laney Sweeney (1-for-10), Riley Navarro (1-for-6), Peyton Lak (1-for-6) and Saydee Barnes (1-for-12) combined for eight receptions for 71 yards.
Beatty had two carries for 13 yards, Haley Kurey gained 10 yards on one carry and Lak had an 11-yard run in the win.
Hayden Andrew and Malia Misawa led BHS with four tackles apiece, while Grace Tolan, Marley Flores and Leah Reynolds totaled three tackles each.
Maya Caceres had one sack.
Amaya and Reynolds picked one pass apiece for the Bonita defense.
In JV ball, BHS secured a 14-0 victory to improve to 7-4.
Congrats to the Bonita seniors, who are a combined 31-5 with two league crowns.
Up next: The Bearcats travel to Claremont on Tuesday night at 6.
BHS could secure its second consecutive outright Palomares League title since joining the sport in 2024.
