Baseball:
Conrad Hunziker IV made the most of his final regular season high school start.
Hunziker went the distance in Muir’s 9-4 victory over Pasadena in the first of a two-game Pacific League series.
He was charged with four runs (three earned) on four hits.
Hunziker issued one walk and registered 14 strikeouts.
Sixty-seven of his 96 pitches were strikes.
Hunziker got eight separate Bulldogs on strikes.
And that included five that struck out twice or more.

Kaleb Derosier hit a solo HR in the sixth.
Adrian Oseguera singled, had an RBI double and scored a pair of runs.
Harrison Gwaltney had the other PHS base hit.
Reese Kim got the loss after surrendering eight runs (five earned) on nine hits over four innings.
Kim issued two walks and registered four strikeouts.

Fletcher Paddock walked, hit a solo HR, had a two-run single and scored a pair of runs.
Eduardo Sosa singled twice and scored.
Bryant Soriano went 2-for-4 with a two-run double and scored.
Kahlil Rishwain walked, singled twice, scored and drove in two.
Luca Cano singled, scored and drove in a run on a sac fly.
Hunziker singled and scored.
Arturo Ayers went 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI.
Up next: Muir and Pasadena will meet up on Tuesday at 3 at Occidental College.
Both programs are 6-7 in Pacific League games.
