Western Christian Travels to Huntington Beach in D-1, While Bonita, Etiwanda & San Marino are Seeded in Divisions 2, 3 & 5, Respectively

CIF-SS released the following seeding information, and just below that is the playoff schedule for the first round.

PAIRINGS ANNOUNCED FOR 2024 INAUGURAL CIF-SOUTHERN SECTION-FORD GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL PLAYOFFS:

LOS ALAMITOS, CA – CIF Southern Section-Ford Playoff pairings for the fall sport of girls’ flag
football were announced at the CIF Southern Section headquarters Saturday.

This is the first year of girls’ flag football championships and end of season,
Competitive equity-based playoff groupings.

A total of 144 teams have qualified into the five divisional playoff brackets.

The single elimination tournaments start with first round games on Tuesday, October 22 in Division’s 2-5.

Division 1 will get underway on Saturday, October 26.

The championship finals will be conducted in a one-day, five-game extravaganza at
Fred Kelly Stadium in Orange on Saturday, Nov. 9.

The No. 1-seeded teams include Orange Lutheran, Poly/Long Beach, Linfield
Christian, La Habra, and California.
