Flag Football:
Twenty days ago, Glendora led throughout most of its Palomares League opener at Claremont.
However, the Wolfpack sent the Tartans home with a 14-13 loss.
Since then, GHS has dropped league games to Bonita (27-6) and Ayala (19-14) to fall to 0-3.
That gets us to Monday evening.
And this time, Claremont held a 7-6 lead at the half.
But Glendora owned the second half to secure a 32-7 victory.
The 26 points in the second half alone is more than the Tartans had scored in 13 of their first 16 games.
Senior Reagan Hermann had a big game for GHS.
She caught six passes for 56 yards and a TD.
On defense, Herrmann had six tackles and picked a pair of passes.
Sophomore Rylee Franks completed 14-of-21 for 138 yards.

That included a pair of TD passes and a 4-yard TD run.
Senior Olivia Martin caught a 34-yard TD pass, picked one pass and batted away three more.
Senior Maddie Finkbiner had a pick-six in the win.
And senior Hailey Travisano carried the ball three times for 29 yards and one score.
Travisano also caught two passes for 16 yards.
Up next: According to MaxPreps, the Tartans will host Bonita next Monday at 5:45 in their regular season home finale.
In other action, Bonita will host Ayala on Tuesday night at 7:30 in a battle of first-place programs.
Quotable:
Glendora coach, Greg Bidoli: “This was truly a team win. We really grinded out there and we had to rely on our defense to keep it close in the first half against a very tough Claremont team. Then, in the second half, the girls just came out with a ton of energy. I am very proud of them. We have our work cut out for us with Bonita and Ayala left to play on the schedule. We just need to take it one game at a time and see what happens.”
