Quotable:

San Dimas co-head coach, Jesse Jaime: “Knocking off Bonita was equivalent to a playoff game. When you worked hard for it and come up short, you feel empty. But when you win, there’s no better feeling. Our girls wanted it. Last year we were within five points and five yards from victory, but made some mistakes. The three-headed monster in Faith Kearns, Audrey Schlim, and Lei’ani Jaime all felt that pain and were not going to let it happen their senior year. It wasn’t that Bonita shut down, our girls just locked in.”

Box Score:
BHS: 0-6-0-0-(6)
SD: 0-6-0-13-(19)

Records: Bonita (7-3); San Dimas (5-3)
