La Salle scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to claim a 5-4 Del Rey League victory over their visitors from Paraclete.
The Lancers out-hit the Spirits, 12-7.
Anthony Hernandez went 3 2/3 innings, allowing three runs on seven hits.
Hernandez walked one and fanned a pair of Lancers.
Cole Mercier was charged with two runs on three hits over 1 1/3 innings.
Drew Ward went 2-for-4, scored twice and his RBI single in the bottom of the seventh tied the game at 4-4.
Frane Flores singled twice and drove in a pair of runs, including the game winner.
Andrew Klein drew a pair of walks, doubled and scored.
Chris Cardenas went 2-or-3 with a walk and one run.
Andrew Luna singled, doubled and drove in one run.
Peter Callihan led off the bottom of the seventh with a single.
CT Torrence entered the game as a pinch-runner, and he’d scored on Ward’s base hit.
Travis Ochoa and Aidan Gray had one single apiece for the Lancers.
Nico Armendariz went five innings for the Spirits, allowing four runs (one earned) on six hits.
Armendariz issued one walk and struck out four.
Frane Flores provided two scoreless innings in relief to earn the win.
Flores surrendered one hit and a walk.
Armando Saucedo went 2-for-4 with a run.
Lucas Morrison walked, doubled and scored.
