Girls Basketball:
Flintridge Prep won its seventh consecutive game on Wednesday.
The Wolves claimed a 42-25 nonleague victory over their visitors from Fountain Valley.
Prep went on a 24-10 run in the second half to pull away.
Maddie Smith led the way as usual.
Smith had 13 points, five boards, four steals, four blocks and a pair of assists.
Akemi Fu chipped in with 10 points, nine rebounds, two assists, one block and a steal.
Miya Naruko contributed six points, two assists, one rebound and a steal.
Emilyn Hum provided five points, two rebounds, a pair of steals and two assists.
Up next: The Wolves host Poly on Friday at 6.
Both programs enter that contest 5-0 in Prep League games.
