Aside from staying poised in tight games, Glendora has also finished strong during this current 13-game win streak.
And Saturday night at the Damien Classic was no different.
The Tartans went on a 38-30 second-half run to defeat Alameda, 67-62, in the semifinal round of the Bronze Division.
Max Hilgenfeldt was the star of the game.
Hilgenfeldt scored a game-high 26 points.
He was 4-of-6 from beyond the 3-point, and 8-of-9 from the free-throw line.
Colton Gray contributed 13 points, nine rebounds and three assists.
Sebastian Demano finished with 11 points and four assists.
CJ Murray added nine points and four boards.
Zion Moore led Alameda with 20 points.
Sage Kopelman (12) and Kaden Thomas (11) combined to score 23 points in the loss.
Up next: The Tartans will face off with Skyridge on Monday at 8 in the Bronze Division title game.
