Boys Basketball:
One night after blowing out their rivals (San Dimas) from one city away, the Bearcats faced off with a program that traveled over 9,000 miles.
BHS (6-6) defeated their guests from St. Joseph’s of Australia, 54-41, on Tuesday evening.
Hunter Smith hit a pair of 3’s, and he scored a game-high 14 points.
Brayden Henderson chipped in with 11 points, and Carson Zylstra had eight.
Cooper Green led St. Joseph with 12 points, and Billy Quinnell had 11.
Up next: The Bearcats will open Palomares League play on Thursday at Diamond Bar.
